Priestly Atemoya is a Florida-favorite annona hybrid, celebrated for its large, heart-shaped fruit and rich, sweet, custard-like flesh. A cross between sugar apple and cherimoya, Priestly produces creamy, white flesh with fewer seeds than traditional sugar apples. It has a bumpy green exterior and a smooth, spoonable texture, making it perfect for fresh eating. While not self-pollinating, it responds very well to hand-pollination for larger, more uniform fruit.
