PPC, short for Phet Pak Chong, is a Thai atemoya variety prized for its very large fruit, smooth skin, and superior eating quality. It produces heart-shaped to rounded fruit with pale green, lightly bumpy skin. The flesh is pure white, creamy, and exceptionally sweet, with fewer seeds than many other varieties. PPC is known for being self-pollinating, but hand-pollination can further improve fruit size and consistency.
